Again, everything was fresh and well prepared. For our mains, we tried salad greens topped with steak, piri piri chicken and the falafel option. Yum! We gobbled it up with the grainy bread which was delicious. Voila- the restaurant is located in their Gourmet Experience building and we were all set! The menu was so varied and we could get a bottle of wine, so we ended up eating here 3 times! We enjoyed the homemade hummus made with lots of tahini, olive oil and sprinkled with herbs, pomegranates and pine nuts. We walked to the address listed on this site but there was no sign of the restaurant! Asking around, someone suggested we inquire at El Corte Ingles which was down the street. eat here on our first night upon arrival since we’d be jet lagged and tired. Plus, being from the States, we found it hard to eat a late dinner every night. This place was a welcome alternative to some of the heavy meals we throughly enjoyed while in Madrid, but sometimes you just want lighter fare.
